By using PipSpeech you agree to these terms. PipSpeech is intended for use by adults, such as speech-language pathologists, educators and caregivers. Children may use it only under the supervision of an adult who has agreed to these terms.
PipSpeech is a practice and data-collection tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, assess or treat any condition on its own. Scores and notes reflect the choices made by the adult using it. Always use your professional judgment.
Photos, recordings, words and notes you add (“your content”) remain yours. You’re responsible for having permission to use photos and recordings you add. We don’t claim ownership of your content and use it only to provide the service.
Please don’t misuse the service. That includes attempting to disrupt it, accessing other people’s sessions, reverse-engineering paid features to avoid payment, or using it in violation of law or student privacy rules.
The PipSpeech name, characters, games, artwork and software are owned by us or used under license. Some pictures come from Microsoft’s Fluent Emoji (MIT License). Full credits are available on request. You may use the service as provided but may not copy or resell it.
We work to keep PipSpeech available and accurate, but it’s provided “as is,” and features may change over time. We’ll give notice of significant changes to paid features.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using PipSpeech at any time. We may suspend access for serious violations of these terms.
